“He is so proud of himself”

“Our BCBA has been an absolute gem, putting goals together and going the extra mile always. We were told ABA is robotic but honestly, it isn’t! Our son is playing with the kids at daycare, telling me what he needs and started showering himself. He is so proud of himself and he’s excited when his therapist shows up.”

“I really appreciate the patience”

The BCBA Janaé provides constructive feedback which helps me see how I can provide ABA to my child when the ABA tech is not around. I really appreciate the patience, consistency, care and love the ABA therapist gives my child. It’s unconditional.

FAQs

You may be wondering:

1. What needs to happen in order for us to start ABA at Circle Care Services?

You’ll start by sending us your child’s proof of diagnosis for ASD and insurance information. We can then check your benefits and get approval for insurance-covered ABA therapy. Once approved, we’ll discuss any copays and out- of-pockets deductibles you may have, so you know exactly what you’re signing up for. We can then schedule the assessment and match your child up with a qualified and caring BCBA and BT.

2. How many hours of therapy will my child get?

That depends on many factors such as age, setting, level of need, and more. You will only get our recommendation once the child is fully assessed by our BCBA. Children receive 10-30 hours per week on average but some need less and some as many as 40 hours per week.

3. How long will it take before my child actually starts sessions?

Children are usually assessed 1-2 weeks after initial contact. Sessions often begin 2-3 weeks after that, depending on therapist availability in your area. We never promise parents start dates we can’t guarantee and we’ll let you know immediately if we don’t have the staff available to help your child.
