A dream transformed into
2,363 smiling faces

Hi! I’m Leah OTR/L,
Founder of Circle Care Services.

I’ve always loved working with kids. When I completed my Master’s in Occupational Therapy 13 years ago, I decided to specialize in pediatric therapy.

During my early years working in hospital and outpatient settings, I was exposed to an unfortunate reality: Many parents are held back from giving their children as much as they wish they could by a lack of knowledge, skill, time or money.

I was determined to change that.

I opened my private pediatric therapy practice to give children with developmental challenges the best chance at success with convenient, affordable and effective therapy services. Read More

As my OT practice developed, we began servicing many children on the autistic spectrum. We recognized that children with ASD needed ABA providers who were not just highly skilled, but equally compassionate.

Circle Care was formed to fill this need, quickly becoming a beloved ABA provider for children with ASD in New Jersey and Massachusetts. Before I go to sleep each night, I look back at my day. Yes, my work can get overwhelming at times. But the smiling faces I see every day fuel me with energy to keep fulfilling my dream.

I sleep with the knowledge that the thousands of children who have passed through our doors will not live with the devastating effects of under-realized potential. We have helped them achieve more skill, independence, and confidence than was ever dreamed possible!

FAQs

You may be wondering:

1. What needs to happen in order for us to start ABA at Circle Care Services?

You’ll start by sending us your child’s proof of diagnosis for ASD and insurance information. We can then check your benefits and get approval for insurance-covered ABA therapy. Once approved, we’ll discuss any copays and out- of-pockets deductibles you may have, so you know exactly what you’re signing up for. We can then schedule the assessment and match your child up with a qualified and caring BCBA and BT.

2. How many hours of therapy will my child get?

Once you get in touch with us, the first step is verifying your eligibility for services. To do so you’ll need to send in your child’s ASD diagnosis and insurance information. We can then check your benefits and get approval for insurance-covered ABA therapy. Once approved, we’ll discuss any copays and out- of-pocket deductibles you may have, so you know exactly what you’re signing up for. We can then schedule the assessment and match your child up with a qualified and caring BCBA and BT.

3. How long will it take before my child actually starts sessions?

Children are usually assessed 1-2 weeks after initial contact. Sessions often begin 2-3 weeks after that, depending on therapist availability in your area. We never promise parents start dates we can’t guarantee and we’ll let you know immediately if we don’t have the staff available to help your child.
